This is a space designed to accompany you in learning and applying self-directed neuroplastic tools. The goal? To help you regulate both your limbic system and your autonomic nervous system, little by little, in your everyday life.
We live in a fast-paced, often chaotic world full of toxic stimuli that, without us realizing it, wear down our nervous systems and profoundly affect our psyche. Many chronic diseases even those that are often classified as rare have their roots in a nervous system altered by traumatic experiences, sometimes subtle, sometimes more obvious. Over time, this drags us into a state of constant stress, where the body begins to fail: organs that don't function as they should, symptoms with no apparent explanation... and illness sets in. Many of us have been to countless doctor's appointments, trying all kinds of treatments. Along the way, there has been no shortage of simplistic diagnoses, anxiety, depression, or the classic “it's all in your head", which have left us more confused than before. Iatrogenesis, the harm caused by poorly managed medical interventions, has made us feel invisible, without answers, without a way out. Sometimes even worse than when we arrived. Self-directed neuroplasticity opens a different door. It offers us a way for the nervous system to gradually return to a state of safety and calm, allowing the limbic brain to stop being constantly on alert, leaving behind that incessant production of stress hormones. When we work together, I teach you how to implement real and sustainable changes in your brain. We do this through a simple but profound daily practice that includes tools such as creative visualization, somatic exercises to awaken interoception, gradual exposure to triggers, and more. If you would like to know more about how I can accompany you in this process, you can write to me using the contact form. I am here to help you. |
